Celebrating the extraordinary invention of a grilled cheese.
Creating animated logos allows a brand to showcase their personality. For this project, I created my own google doodle to celebrate a significant invention — grilled cheese.
Grilled cheese was invented in the 1920’s. It is a staple in most households. I have never had a grilled cheese that disappoints (well… except for the ones I’ve burnt… badly). A good grilled cheese is very stretchy. I decided to use this visual for the google doodle.

This design uses an allegory. Google is a search engine. People use it daily to learn, research and discover new information. Google allows a person to stretch and expand their minds, just like the grilled cheese.
